Henk Frederiks (HR Frederiks Sunshading): “BREL HOME was one of the first with solar-powered motors”

The introduction of BREL SOLAR solutions was the reason for Henk Frederiks of HR Frederiks Zonwering to renew his collaboration with BREL HOME. He now uses these solar energy solutions and other battery motors from the company for his outdoor and indoor sun protection projects. The collaboration between the two companies is going well, although there are sometimes things to discuss. “It's about how you solve issues together.”

Henk Frederiks started H&R Frederiks Zonwering around 2004. The company provides indoor and outdoor sun protection for its customers. Although the company is based in Beneden-Leeuwen with a workshop in Maas en Waal, its work area is ‘actually everywhere’: in Beneden-Leeuwen, Nijmegen, on the border with Belgium, and beyond.

“It's fun and always varied. We get to handle beautiful projects. Also with BREL SOLAR solutions.”

Which BREL HOME products do you use?

Since 2022, Henk has been collaborating with BREL HOME. “I knew the company, we had done business before. When they came to the market with the BREL SOLAR panels, they were one of the first companies to use solar energy solutions, I called them again. Now I not only purchase the BREL SOLAR products but also various battery motors."

How is the collaboration with BREL HOME?

“I have good contact with salesman Daan Paulissen. We work well together. Sometimes there's an issue or a discussion, but he resolves it for us. The ladies in the back office also help us well. That makes us happy!”

In which sun protection project have you used the BREL SOLAR panels?

Henk proudly shares: “Recently, we equipped two complete homes with shutters featuring the BREL SOLAR BLE45-20SHU. This is a 45mm 12V DC bi-directional electronic radio battery motor of 20Nm. Check out the photos of these projects, and you'll see how beautifully the homes shine with our sun protection.”
